Spring is one of my favorite times for taking pictures. Waterfowl are returning by the thousands and with their bright breeding plumage there is no better time to capture some unique photographs. You don't have to venture far, as even some of the city parks and river banks will provide opportunity. If you have time, try setting up a blind on an active wetland and with a little patience you'll get some full-framed shots of our colorful ducks and geese.
