No matter if you are a seasoned pro or a novice shooter, the Waterfowl Warmup has become a must attend event for many waterfowl hunters and sporting clay enthusiasts. The event is the fourth annual Sporting Clays Team Challenge to take place at the Beaverhill facility just east of Edmonton. While the day is an excellent opportunity to shake off the cobwebs and get into waterfowl hunting form, you can also take comfort in knowing your entry fee is going towards a good cause in helping to support the Report A Poacher program. As I discovered with my conversation with Sheila Campbell of the Alberta Conservation Association, there are a few new twists to this year's event.
