How did conservation groups and the province come together when faced with a severe water issue? 

Welcome to the Milk River Ridge Reservoir. Just a few short years ago there was a heavy agricultural presence here which threatened the water quality of the reservoir.

It required the support and hands-on work from a number of organizations, including:

County of Warner, Alberta Conservation Association, Alberta Fish and Game Association, Alberta Environment and Parks, Growing Forward, David Bisset, Pheasants Forever - Calgary & Lethbridge chapters, Lethbridge Fish and Game Association, Southern Bowhunters, Magrath Rod and Gun Club, New Dayton Rod and Gun, Irrican Power Ltd, Raymond Irrigation District, St. Mary River Irrigation District, Taber Irrigation District.
