Always wanted to try ice fishing but just don't have the know-how? This event is for you! Join the Alberta Conservation Association and other conservation groups to give ice fishing a try on Saturday, February 13 from 10 am to 3 pm at Wabamun Lake.
Radio interview with Shelia Campbell, the Kids Can Catch event organizer
This event has grown over the years, in no small part, to the many volunteers and staff from the ACA, Cabela’s and other organizations who share their knowledge about ice fishing. A couple of seasons ago, Let’s Go Outdoors was out on the ice and produced this feature video.
